Marie Cowan: Living legend of nursing

Marie Cowan, dean of UCLA's School of Nursing, has been named a 'living legend' by the prestigious American Academy of Nursing. During a 46-year career, she has pioneered the role of nurses in academia, and altered the face of nursing in California and the nation.
