Film, Television and Digital Media Festival 2002

Here is your chance to meet some student moviemakers through the work they have created at UCLA. Then, decide for yourself if these moviemakers are born, or made.

Or perhaps both conditions apply: these students are born with talent, and nurtured by their education and experience.

The UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television provides students with tools, training, a chance to make films, and an environment rich in moving images from every era and culture — an environment that is both challenging and supportive.

This week the School provides something else every moviemaker needs: an audience. UCLA Festival 2002 showcases the work of current students in a series of free screenings and other festival events. Some of the student filmmakers provided small samples of their work especially for visitors to the UCLA gateway web site.
