Feb. 14 is traditionally a day to receive chocolates and flowers. But on Feb. 14, 2011, UCLA and Lincy Foundation founder Kirk Kerkorian announced a gift on an entirely different scale. The assets of The Lincy Foundation (valued at approximately $200 million) will be transferred to UCLA to create the Dream Fund at UCLA.
